Senior Executive (Talent Acquisition) - Group Human Resource
As a Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, engage, and hire top talent across various business functions. You will play a strategic role in workforce planning, employer branding, and enhancing candidate experience while ensuring alignment with the company’s talent needs and culture.
Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple functions and levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop role‑specific strategies.
- Conduct thorough screening to assess candidates' qualifications, culture fit, and career aspirations.
- Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Facilitate smooth coordination of interviews and feedback sessions with all stakeholders.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, campus engagements, and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
Date & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities on the applicant tracking system (BRIOHR).
- Provide regular recruitment updates and analytics reports to HR and management.
Compliance
- Ensure recruitment activities are in line with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools for better efficiency and candidate quality
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast‑paced or corporate environment.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using various recruitment platforms and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proactive, results‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems (BRIOHR) and HR analytics.
