A property development company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Sales Executive to manage sales inquiries and handle transactions for high-rise properties. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Responsibilities include preparing sales reports, liaising with banks for financing, and ensuring all marketing materials are well maintained. This role requires a positive attitude and the ability to work independently, including weekends/public holidays.
Attend to sales enquiries from walk-in, telephone call, website, billboard and sales promotion activities;
Handle sales for properties (highrise) sold by the companies within the Group;
Achieve sales targets set by the Company;
Prepare weekly property sales report and prospects list;
Liaise with purchasers and banks for end-financing approvals;
Manage signing of Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) and payment collection with purchasers;
To support the team members for any digital work that needed, such as video shooting, hosting, social media advertisement and etc;
Conduct market survey as when instructed by superior from time to time;
Attend sales promotions or property exhibitions whenever necessary;
Coordinate with exhibitors for property showcase or road show as required;
Ensure show units are well maintained and presentable at all times;
Ensure that marketing materials displayed at HQ office and Sales Gallery are in presentable condition at all times;
To ensure all projects brochures/flyers are sufficiently stocked at the HQ and Sales Gallery;
Any other duties to be assigned by superior from time to time.
Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or any other equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the property development industry.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Good computer literacy, including experience with online marketing and social media management.
Proven track record of success in a sales role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
Positive working attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work on Weekend/Public Holiday.
