About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Executive, Procurement, to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in Kuching, Sarawak and will play a crucial part supporting procurement activities, including supplier engagement, contract management, and process improvements to ensure smooth operations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Support pre- and post-tender activities, including gathering requirements, preparing documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring all tender-related processes are properly managed.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation and finalization, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Monitor vendor performance, enforce contract obligations, and drive cost savings through effective negotiation and process improvements.
  • Analyse market trends, assess procurement risks, and contribute to procurement plans that support organizational needs.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and implementation of procurement activities.
  • Coordinating Procurement Committee Meeting by scheduling meetings, notify members, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and ensure all procurement papers are complete and properly endorsed.
  • Ensure timely issuance of Letters of Award, Notices of Extension, Retraction, and Addendums.
What we’re looking for
