Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Security Operations in planning and ensuring efficient security operations, administration, and management of Auxiliary Police (AP) members.
• Train and supervise officers and Auxiliary Police members (Constables and Rank-and-File).
• Plan and oversee zone and regional operations in line with security service objectives.
• Maintain optimal manpower levels based on internal/external needs and business requirements.
• Implement cost control measures at the regional level.
• Develop strategic plans for special operations at zone/regional levels.
• Acquire new business operations from FGV/FELDA Group.
• Serve as a security advisor for main stakeholders within FGV/FELDA Group.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties including law enforcement agencies and corporate entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or related fields with at least 5 years of experience; or Diploma with at least 10 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of security management, law enforcement, or security operations; experience in Police Undergraduate Voluntary Corps (SUKSIS) or ROTU is advantageous.
• Malaysian citizen, aged not exceeding 35 years.
• For candidates from the Royal Malaysia Police, at least 10 years of service, confirmed employment, and a good record.
• Physical criteria: Height (Male: 163cm, Female: 157cm), Weight (Male: 50kg, Female: 48kg), BMI between 19-26, Chest size (at least 81cm/86cm inhalation), good vision (without glasses/contact lenses), not colour blind.
• Willing to travel and relocate.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
