Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Executive Key Account Management – Accessories - Multi Brand Sellers to manage and grow strategic retailer and distributor relationships from our Kuala Lumpur office. You will own day-to-day account management, drive commercial performance, and partner cross-functionally to execute brand-building activations that increase sales and market share in the beauty category.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard and build relationships with new brands and suppliers by being the go-to person when it comes to supporting their needs at ZALORA
  • Monitor and drive the growth of the brands: create and execute a strategic plan that delivers on business opportunities both for ZALORA and the Brand with accurate forecasting and internal performance tracking
  • Lead the initial commercial performance of the account via rigorous commercial management and strong ownership of the day-to-day customer relationship through effective negotiation, persuasion, and conflict management/resolution skills
  • Co‑create brand strategic direction, to test initiatives and learn quickly in order to continuously grow the accounts and the category
  • Liaise with brands and suppliers on campaign objectives and work with Marketing to incorporate Sellers' promotions into ZALORA’s marketing calendar
  • Work with the brands and internal teams to continuously improve operational aspects of their business which directly impact the customer experience
  • Constantly review the brand catalog and assortment to ensure the content meets ZALORA guidelines and coordinate with internal teams to fix the issues for an improved customer journey
  • Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports to improve visibility of brand performance
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of work experience
  • Excellent English skills required
  • Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
  • Exposure to e-commerce and luxury industry is preferred
  • Great negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to forge effective cross‑functional team relationships and confidently interact with senior stakeholders internally and externally to deliver business outcomes
  • Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
  • Robust marketing & commercial understanding, with innate numerical and analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced and deadline‑driven environment
  • Proactivity and entrepreneurial mindset to flex the needs of the role as the category develops
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Tableau is preferred
