A finance and accounting services company based in Subang Jaya is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage client accounts and provide timely financial analysis. The successful candidate will have over 3 years of experience, relevant professional qualifications, and strong skills in client management and communication. Knowledge of cloud accounting software is essential. This role requires a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Above 3 years working experience in finance with supervision of subordinates.
• Experience in multi-client portfolio environments is essential.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a bonus.

Overview

Achieve client satisfaction by delivering promised deliverables. Responsible for the submission of Management Accounts to clients in the correct & timely manner. Responsible for client\'s cashflow monitoring by ensuring all accounting reconciliations, AP & AR have been done by the team on a monthly basis. Responsible to provide Monthly/Quarterly Financial Analysis of existing clients and communicating risks and important info to clients for their decision making. Present Management Accounts to clients half yearly. Correct & on-time submission of audit, tax, statutory, WHT and SST. Liaise with external providers such as auditors and tax agents. Provide guidance, coaching and training to the team on technical (accounts related) and soft skills plus supervision of junior staff. Responsible for standardisation, efficient & effective finance operations workflow and processes

Responsibilities

• Submit Management Accounts to clients in the correct and timely manner.
• Monitor client cash flow by ensuring all accounting reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable are completed by the team monthly.
• Provide Monthly/Quarterly Financial Analysis of existing clients and communicate risks and important information to clients for decision making.
• Present Management Accounts to clients on a half-yearly basis.
• Ensure correct and on-time submission of audit, tax, statutory, WHT and SST.
• Liaise with external providers such as auditors and tax agents.
• Provide guidance, coaching and training to the team on technical (accounts) and soft skills, plus supervise junior staff.
• Standardise and improve finance operations workflow and processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Pursuing Professional Qualification / Degree in Finance & Accounting with professional qualifications ACCA / CIMA / CPA / MIA / MICPA / ICAEW
• Experience with multi-client portfolio environments
• Above 3 years’ working experience in the same capacity with supervision of subordinates
• Knowledge in cloud accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, etc.
• Knowledge in MS Office, Google Drive, pCloud, Dropbox, Hubdoc, Dext
• Ability to speak, read and write English fluently and articulate well when communicating with or presenting to clients
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking clients is a bonus
• Good SST knowledge or undergone SST training
• Customer-oriented mindset and attitude towards internal and external customers
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to live and work in Puchong
