What You'll Do

• To review financial report and advise FSSC on accuracy. To liaise with FSSC to execute related activities to ensure accurate accounting, cash flow management and tax computations for a company.
• To manage and monitor current account and HDA account. To ensure that company's commitments are met. To highlight if there is a foreseeable shortage of funds or cash flow deficit.
• To prepare audit schedule and account reconciliation, to assist in audit matters (e.g., preparing and providing documents to auditors) to ensure smooth and successful audit process.
• To ensure that tax instalment payments are made in a timely manner to avoid tax penalties from late payment.
• To liaise with the banks on relevant documentation (e.g., prepare loan draw down letters to send to the bank) and to follow up accordingly.
• To administer and execute department guidelines and SOPs to ensure compliance.
• To support & coordinate with the line managers and matrix team members to achieve timely completion of operational tasks.

What We're Looking For

Qualification

• At least a Degree in Accountancy/Finance; professional qualification is an added advantage.
• 2-3 years of working experience in Accounting/Finance or related field; Working experience with Property Developer will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge on accounting principles and standards, tax matters, and good understanding on compliance.
• Good in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent in written and spoken English.
• Organized and meticulous.
• Proactive, able to work independently, a dynamic and team player with initiative.
