What You'll Do

To review financial report and advise FSSC on accuracy. To liaise with FSSC to execute related activities to ensure accurate accounting, cash flow management and tax computations for a company.

To manage and monitor current account and HDA account. To ensure that company's commitments are met. To highlight if there is a foreseeable shortage of funds or cash flow deficit.

To prepare audit schedule and account reconciliation, to assist in audit matters (e.g., preparing and providing documents to auditors) to ensure smooth and successful audit process.

To ensure that tax instalment payments are made in a timely manner to avoid tax penalties from late payment.

To liaise with the banks on relevant documentation (e.g., prepare loan draw down letters to send to the bank) and to follow up accordingly.

To administer and execute department guidelines and SOPs to ensure compliance.

To support & coordinate with the line managers and matrix team members to achieve timely completion of operational tasks.

What We're Looking For

Qualification

At least a Degree in Accountancy/Finance; professional qualification is an added advantage.

2-3 years of working experience in Accounting/Finance or related field; Working experience with Property Developer will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge on accounting principles and standards, tax matters, and good understanding on compliance.

Good in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Excellent in written and spoken English.

Organized and meticulous.

Proactive, able to work independently, a dynamic and team player with initiative.
