Overview

Lead End-to-End Accessories Operations: Oversee the full spectrum of accessories business activities, including Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), sales and after-sales operations, inventory control, and outlet support. Ensure efficient execution of training programmes and alignment with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Vendor & Inventory Management: Manage vendor relationships by evaluating performance, overseeing contract management, renewals, payments, and retendering processes. Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, including planning and executing stock clearance when required.
  • Sales Performance & Budget Oversight: Analyse sales and profitability performance, generate actionable insights, and ensure accurate monitoring of the accessories budget. Propose and review annual sales targets aligned with revenue and profit goals.
  • Business Strategy & Process Improvement: Develop and implement data-driven business strategies and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, increase profitability, and support long-term growth.
  • Product & Market Development Support: Contribute to product development efforts by providing market insights and operational input, ensuring offerings remain competitive and aligned with customer needs.
  • Team Leadership & Compliance: Lead, coach, and develop team members through structured training and performance guidance. Uphold compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while providing support for urgent or ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Product Marketing/Management Role: Formulate product marketing strategies for the current and future model line-up (product features, price positioning & volume forecast) to ensure sustainable competitiveness throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Project management for Edar to ensure a successful model launch encompassing product readiness (NPDS process), government approvals, sales & marketing, aftersales spare parts & training preparation.
  • Develop & review all product-related marketing communications, for internal & preparation of price proposal & business policy for management approval.
  • Sustain sales momentum by introducing Special Editions, accessories packages.
  • Keep abreast with market outlook, sales performance, competitor movement, pricing & promotion strategies to propose product counterattack strategies.
  • Gather market intelligence data in terms of customer trend analysis, regulatory & market specific requirements.
