The role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience (3 years in leadership). Manage a team of up to 10 service technicians, ensuring high performance and accountability.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs and emergency breakdown ensuring minimal downtime and optimal response time.
Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient ordering processes.
Maintain detailed service records and prepare regular reports on service activities, team performance, and client feedback.
Provide technical support and training to technicians on regular basis.
Collaborate with operations and training department to ensure alignment on operations needs and service standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
