Senior Director, Operations

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for structuring, leading and overseeing the Operations and Training departments into a cohesive unit poised for excellence.

Key responsibilities:-

  • Oversees all operational aspects of company strategy, helps set strategic goals and is responsible for the flow of information to management.
  • Define, implement and revise operational policies and guidelines for the organisation.
  • Act as the company's main adviser on all issues relating to operational functions and keep abreast of latest developments to ensure that the company maintains its competitive position.
  • Direct and oversee operations staff to ensure that they are motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities to the required standard.
  • Plan, Develop and Implement effective short and long-term strategic plans, and lead efforts to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Drive the operations financial performance through sound operational practices carried out by a well-managed, trained and supervised team.
  • Implements policies and procedures that improve operational effectiveness and maximizes long-term store performance.
  • Protects the brand by ensuring that restaurants are in compliance with HQ standards, policies, and values.
  • Performs any other duties as entrusted by your superior and/or any other representative as assigned by the Management from the time to time.

Requirements:-
