We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our online advertising and social media efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and XHS, while also driving content and engagement across social media channels. This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends, data analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration to support our marketing objectives and enhance brand visibility.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all social media channels and campaigns, including content creation and post scheduling, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, XHS) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates) and implement adjustments based on data insights.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with sales, creative, and content teams to align marketing initiatives and enhance brand awareness.
Research and analyze social media trends, ad performance, and website traffic data to improve online presence and campaign effectiveness.
Manage and prepare budgets for proposed communication and marketing plans.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our Mandarin speaking clients. (written and spoken)
Minimum 3 years of working experience in paid media on social media.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
