Overview
Senior Digital Marketing Executives or Specialists, to drive brand presence, manage high-volume media buying, and execute product launches for young, tech-savvy audiences. Responsibilities include managing TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and in-app marketing, alongside optimizing ROI, social media strategy, and data-driven campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Advertising Management: Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns across social media, search engines, display networks, and e-commerce platforms. Ensure alignment with brand strategy and maximize ROI.
- Develop localized content and campaign strategies based on business objectives and audience insights.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent and effective multi-channel communication and drive the on-ground execution of marketing initiatives.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning.
- Marketing Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze marketing performance data. Deliver regular performance reports and recommendations to support optimization efforts.
- Media & Campaigns: Develop and oversee digital media strategies, including SEM, TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and influencer marketing.
- Product Launch & GTM: Manage end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new smartphones.
- Performance Marketing: Maximize ROI for mobile app user acquisition and brand exposure, often focusing on cost-effective, high-conversion strategies.
- Content & Community: Drive brand engagement through social media management, community-based strategies (e.g., Discord), and content creation.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign metrics (reach, conversions, ROI) to optimize future marketing strategies.
- Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing projects.
- Regional Oversight: Lead e-commerce advertising initiatives in SEA and collaborate with local media partners (such as Grab and TnG), while providing guidance and strategic support for marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing specifically within Consumer or Tech sector.
- Proficient in major advertising platforms such as TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and SEO best practices.
- Candidates with e-commerce and TikTok platform advertising experience are preferred.
- Fluent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills, with a proactive mindset and strong team collaboration abilities.
