We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Digital Marketing professional to join our team! As a senior in digital marketing, you should have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving, and a strong sense of ownership in their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple digital marketing projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals and are delivered on time.
  • Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing activities and campaigns to enhance brand presence and reputation across digital platforms, focusing on Malaysia and Singapore's market, Facebook/Meta Apps, SEO, YouTube, and the official website.
  • Design, implement, and optimize landing pages, focusing on clear message delivery, effective colour schemes, and creative design elements to enhance user engagement.
  • Research and identify effective keywords for content writers and manage content creation to drive quality leads and sales.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against ROI and KPIs to refine strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment and track market traction.
  • Coach and mentor the digital marketing team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, taking the initiative to explore and implement new strategies without needing prompts.
  • Add value to digital marketing efforts by integrating media background where applicable.
Job Requirements
  1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Broadcasting or equivalent.
  2. Knowledge in digital marketing funnels, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
  3. A strong sense of responsibility and accountability in all tasks.
  4. Exhibits excellent problem-solving skills.
