A leading digital solutions provider in Penang is seeking an experienced UX Designer to enhance digital experiences. You will work closely with digital architects, analyze customer feedback, and implement usability enhancements across platforms. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years in UX design. This position supports a hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days remote.
Work with the Digital Experience Architect and Solution Architect to deliver next-generation support tools and experiences.
Analyze customer journey data and VOC feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Implement usability-driven design enhancements across web and portal interfaces.
Coordinate with content and technical teams to ensure a consistent end-to-end digital experience.
Support A/B testing, usability reviews, and user research activities.
Assist in maintaining documentation for UX improvements and platform features.
Execute digital tooling enhancements aligned with automation and personalization goals.
Participate in governance reviews to ensure scalable, accessible, and consistent UX frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, IT, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital experience, UX design, or support platform enhancements.
Familiar with digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Hotjar) and customer feedback systems.
Strong understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and UX principles.
Good collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience supporting cross-functional projects and UX testing initiatives.
3 days office, 2 days remote
