• Strong understanding of database design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in database performance tuning and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill service tickets assigned by the DBA Lead.
• Provide build and BAU support for various databases.
• Monitor database performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Ensure timely closure of all service requests.
• Develop and implement recovery plans to protect data.
