What You’ll Do

• Analyze user journeys, activation funnels, retention cohorts, and conversion metrics to support product and growth decisions.
• Work closely with marketing to measure and optimize paid ad performance (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
• Collaborate with product teams to oversee and track event testing and integration.
• Manage and optimize tracking implementations through Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Design and evaluate A/B tests across product and marketing experiments.
• Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Looker Studio and Metabase.
• Identify data gaps and ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting systems.
• Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for product and growth teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in a data analyst, growth analyst, or product analytics role.
• Proficient with SQL and BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with GA4, Mixpanel, or other product analytics tools.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event tracking and analytics integrations.
• Strong understanding of growth metrics: CAC, LTV, activation, retention, funnels, etc.
• Experience working with paid ads platforms (Meta, Google Ads) and marketing attribution.
• Comfortable with A/B testing and statistical significance interpretation.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and curious – with a knack for finding signals in noise.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with product‑led growth or SaaS environments.
• Prior exposure to CRM or marketing automation tools.
