Responsibilities

  • Welcome, greet, assist VIPs, guests during arrival and departure.
  • Handle guests request, inquiries and complaints using Service Recovery techniques.
  • Provide information on Penang, Entopia, and Teluk Bahang surroundings.
  • Maintain cleanliness at work areas.
  • Handle and control stocks & supplies needed at work areas.
  • Assist disabled, senior citizen guests and children.
  • Demonstrate impeccable product knowledge.
  • Keep track of all movable and immovable assets at Front Office area.
  • Ensure availability of pamphlets.
  • Report incidents and update in log books.
  • Handle telephone calls.
  • Provide secretarial services to guests.
  • Escort VIPs.
  • Control the parking area.

  • Provide secretarial services to guests such as sending email and letters when requested.
  • Escort VIPs.
  • Control the parking area.
