Job summary

A leading retail company in Malaysia is seeking candidates for a customer service role. The position requires maintaining high standard of customer service, efficient shop operation, and upkeep of stock levels. Ideal candidates have at least PMR/PT3/SKM education and excellent communication skills. Preference will be given to those with experience in the health/retail pharmacy sector. This role involves shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
