YOUR ROLE AS A SENIOR CREATIVE DESIGNER
- Design, execute, and adapt visuals according to briefs from various stakeholders.
- Showcase deep expertise in design fundamentals — from typography and layout to colour theory and visual storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Branding, and other internal teams across the creative process — from ideation and strategy to execution and delivery.
- Translate briefs into striking visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay ahead of design trends and behavioural insights to drive relevance and engagement.
- Provide creative leadership and mentor junior designers by giving effective feedback and direction.
WHO YOU ARE
- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in a multimedia or advertising environment.
- Proficient with design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and Mac.
- Highly knowledgeable of branding and conceptual development for advertising.
- Knowledge of design principles, including typography, layout, colour theory, and visual art direction.
- Experience with motion graphics, photography and video production.
- Able to work independently within tight deadlines and can adapt well in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
- Successful track record of managing multiple creative assignments.
- Strong team player and effective team‑building skills.
- Understanding of digital is an advantage.
