Responsibilities include liaising with clients, preparing legal documents for property transactions, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Handle end-to-end conveyancing matters including SPA, loan documentation, and transfers
Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, and government authorities
Prepare and review legal documents for property transactions
Ensure timely completion and compliance with legal requirements
Provide legal advice on real estate and property-related matters
Maintain accurate records and manage deadlines efficiently
Minimum of 3 years of experience in conveyancing practice
Preparing and handling conveyancing matters related to project under construction, sub sales and other conveyancing work
