Responsibilities
  • Receiving and following established tasks according to the Maintenance or Installation activities schedule on Customer equipment in the Field.
  • Collaborating with other crew members to the Installation and/or Maintenance activities of Customer Equipment in the Field at Customer Sites.
  • Being responsible for the execution of specific tasks following the Site Quality Check Lists provided for the agreed scope of work.
  • Interacting with Customer Representatives and Site Team on routine matters at the Field Job Site such as coordination meetings.
  • Providing all required records of all activities accomplished at Customer Site to the Supervisor and promoting and maintaining good team relations.
  • Executing all required responsibilities safely and as instructed by direct supervisors and following all applicable processes and procedures.
  • Performing other related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in rotating equipment
  • Have a minimum of diploma – Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in control systems and activities
  • Have good Functional / Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team working Skills.

  • In this role, you will travel to and work on customer sites across the Asia-Pacific Region in line with customer requirements. The duration of the work at site and the hours of work at the site will be in line with customer requirements.
  • In between work assignments, you will have free time in line with Baker Hughes working time guidelines and fatigue management provisions. You will also accrue annual leave which you can then take to extend your time off.
