What you need to do
1. Editorial Management (Magazine & Publications)
- Spearhead Editorial Strategy: Lead the thematic planning and end-to-end production of the corporate magazine to ensure high-quality output.
- Executive Interviewing: Conduct high-level interviews with key leaders and management to extract and craft compelling brand stories.
- Quality Assurance: Direct all proofreading and editing efforts to ensure every piece is insightful, polished, and maintains a consistent brand voice.
2. Podcast & Digital Storytelling
- Creative Show Direction: Act as the "creative brain" behind our Podcast, defining episode themes that resonate with our target audience.
- End-to-End Coordination: Oversee the recording process, guiding guests and hosts to maintain the logical structure and energy each episode. Collaborate with the team to ensure audio quality, post-production, and publishing timelines are met.
- Content Repurposing Strategy: Plan how to bridge long-form audio content into highlights for social media distribution.
3. Performance Copywriting
- High-Impact Digital Copy: Develop persuasive, result-oriented copy for multi-channel digital campaigns. Craft catchy, trend-sensitive headlines designed to capture attention and increase click-through rates (CTR).
- Data-Informed Iteration: Refine copy based on audience feedback and performance metrics to maximise the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- AI Tool Integration: Leverage advanced AI tools to streamline the research, brainstorming, and drafting processes.
Requirements
- Min 4+ years of experience in copywriting, editorial, content writing, or advertising.
- Exceptional writing skills in Chinese for our core audience and a strong professional command of English. BM is a plus. Ability to translate complex product benefits into easy-to-understand language.
- Experience in checking packaging proofs (typos, regulatory compliance) is a strong plus.
- Strategic thinker who understands the Direct Selling business model.
