Job summary

A manufacturing company in Penang is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to ensure compliance with quality standards through detailed inspection of products. The ideal candidate has 5 to 8 years of experience in CMM operations, is computer literate, and can communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Responsibilities include documenting inspection results and operating QC equipment. Flexibility for overtime and night shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in CMM operations.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in QC department is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products according to engineering drawings and quality instructions.
• Document and maintain accurate records of inspection results.
• Operate various QC equipment to ensure part accuracy.

Inspection on product in accordance with engineering drawings, SOPs and Quality instruction to ensure all quality requirements are complied
根据工程图纸、标准操作规程及质量指令对产品进行检验，确保满足所有质量要求

Assist in the overall implementation of company’s quality standard, processes and procedures
协助全面实施公司质量标准、流程及程序

Document and maintain accurate records of inspection results
记录并维护准确的检验结果档案

OperateCoordinate Measuring Machine (CMM),Video Measuring Machine (Smart Scope),Profile Projector,Height Gauge,Hardness Tester,Surface Roughness Tester, and other QC equipments to ensure part accuracy and quality
操作三坐标测量机（CMM）、视频测量仪（Smart Scope）、轮廓投影仪、测高仪、硬度计、表面粗糙度仪及其他质检设备，确保零件精度与质量

Enforce established policies and procedures and identify areas where enhancements will improve daily workflow
执行既定政策流程，识别可优化日常工作流的改进领域

Inspect finished products and semi-finished products and promptly register defects in quality reports, provide feedback, record and track them
检验成品与半成品，及时在质量报告中登记缺陷，提供反馈并记录追踪

Enforce established policies and procedures and identify areas where enhancements will improve daily workflow
执行既定政策与流程，识别可优化日常工作流的改进领域

Required language (written & spoken): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
必备语言能力（书面及口语）：华语、英语、马来语

Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in CMM operations
至少5至8年CMM操作经验

Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
熟练掌握Microsoft Excel、Word及PowerPoint等办公软件

Working experience in QC department will be an added advantage
具备质检部门工作经验者优先
