🌟 We're Hiring: Senior Cloud Engineer! 🌟

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer with extensive experience to lead our cloud infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of cloud services, architecture, and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Infrastructure

• Design, manage and implement Azure-based solutions including Virtual Machines, Scalesets, VNets, Storage, AKS, App Services, AGW, Load Balancers and Azure Site Recovery.
• Develop, implement and manage disaster recovery strategies and plans for mission-critical applications and infrastructure using Azure Site Recovery services
• Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation and operational guidelines for cloud and on-premise solutions
• Lead, manage and execute end-to-end obsolescence and migration upgrade and projects
• Assess existing infrastructure and applications for cloud readiness. Develop detailed migration roadmaps, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.
• Determine appropriate migration tools and methodologies (lift-and-shift, re-platform, refactor).
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code and Scripts (Terraform, ARM templates, PowerShell, Azure CLI)
• Maintain accurate cloud infrastructure, processes, runbooks, and policies.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server and virtualized environments including system administration
• Support Linux server OS management and system administration
• Integrate backup and DR architectures seamlessly with infrastructure, security, and application layers.
• Performance and capacity planning
• Act as a subject matter expert for Azure and AWS cloud escalation and support

Security & Compliance

• Implement best practices for cloud identity management, RBAC, and data protection
• Ensure infrastructure meets internal company security standards

Leadership & Resilience

• Architect cloud solutions for high availability, disaster recovery, and resilience.
• Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and IT teams; mentor engineers; oversee and ownership of IT projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Cloud Skills: ≥10 years experience in Azure/AWS design, implementation, migration, provisioning, VM management, network config, backup/monitoring, disaster recovery.
• Wintel Skills: ≥5 years managing Windows Server (2012–2022+), Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies, clustering, server/storage infrastructure, DHCP, RDS, PKI, IIS,
• Linux Skills: ≥5 years managing and supprting Linux Servers (RHEL, Ubuntu, Fedora)
• Automation & Scripting: PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible; Infrastructure-as-Code experience.
• Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, vendor and project management, stakeholder alignment, mentorship to support group

Desired Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelors Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
• Certifications: Azure and/or AWS Administrator/Architect, ITIL Foundation
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Terraform, Azure CLI)
• Experience with cloud-based DR solutions
• Containers/IaC knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes) is desired
• Basic Linux Administration Skills (RHEL, Ubuntu, Fedora, Debian) is desired
• Windows server system administration experience
