Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their requirements, provide weekly updates and address any concerns promptly.
• Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls.
• Develop and present comprehensive campaign plans and tacticals, including timelines, define deliverables and manage production/output.
• Act as a liaison between all internal departments, and the client to ensure a timely completion of projects/ campaigns.
• Upkeep ClickUp: Maintain and update the project management tool (We use ClickUp internally) with client-related tasks, deadlines, and progress updates.
• Management reporting

Experience & Skills

• The experienced candidate should have most of the following skills and qualification
• 7 years of recent related work experience (Agency experience required)
• Able to attend on site meeting in Klang Valley, when necessary
• Organized, extremely detail-oriented, and thorough
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitasks across projects and come up with solutions
• Meeting preparedness and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
• Ability in BM copywriting is an added value
