Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer account and attend to customer inquiries and customer related issues.
• Support Sales Reps by implementing sales processes and providing administration support to Sales Reps.
• Prepare quotation and handle customer order processing.
• Responsible on Order Management System (ERP Order Management) to establish customer profile.
• Support finance in billing and payment follow up.
• Manage customer NDA and business-related documentation.
