A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive based in Malaysia. This role involves meeting sales targets, liaising with clients, and implementing marketing strategies. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in business development and are skilled in building customer relationships. A budget of RM5,000-RM7,000 is offered along with quarterly commissions and travel opportunities.

About the job Senior Business Development Executive

General Info:

  • Hong Kong based company
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
  • Engineers may require to OT (OT allowance provided)
  • Annual leaves: 12 days

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
  • Liaise and coordinate with customers, consultants, sub-contractors on the requirement, contractual and technical matter.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Setup & maintain customer base which shall be local and global, and also seek business opportunities to achieve local sales target.
  • Plan & implement the marketing strategies to enhance awareness of our company for different market segments in Malaysia
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Partner with Vega Global and its global branches to work as one group to serve the same customers and execute part of their orders to be completed locally in Malaysia no matter whether they originate from other regions or not.

  • Budget: RM5,000-RM7,000 (Basic) + Commission (Quarterly)
  • Able to travel within Msia if required. Mileage claim.
  • Preferred industries: AV, IT Hardware, Sound
