Job summary

Overview

1) Functions as the key support individual to the HOD driving compliance, process improvements and deliver efficient Cross Functional support. 2) Responsible for all aspects of business performance and management reporting. 3) This function includes analyzing and managing large volumes of data (financial and non-financial data) for business performance evaluation. 4) The role will also include recommending and implementing solutions to improve key financial systems, processes & controls and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data. 5) Key stakeholders include Cross Functional departments such as Accounting Team, IT & Digital, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR, Development, Operations, Franchising and Owner/Operators.

Position

Senior Associate and above.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/business/analysis related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in financial and business analysis & analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint) skill is a must.
• Experience with big data, analysis & visualization tools (ERP, MySQL, PowerBI, VBA/Macros, Qlikview) is an added advantage.
