Overview

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement. Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Create and maintain detailed documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows. Analyze data and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision-making and recommendations. Work closely with software development teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications. Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate user training sessions. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis and IT solutions.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with at least minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in business analysis techniques such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and data analysis.
  • Experience with business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart, or similar software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in documentation and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and understanding of IT systems and architectures.
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) are desirable but not mandatory.
  • Able to read, speak and write in mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
