About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Senior Brand Executive to drive the growth of a leading food portfolio. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing consumer-centric marketing strategies and managing end-to-end product initiatives. This role requires a blend of creative problem-solving and strong execution to ensure brand equity and market leadership in a competitive category.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of brand strategies and annual marketing plans
  • Lead the execution of 360 campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms to drive brand awareness
  • Coordinate new product development (NPD) and launches, from concept to market rollout, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to generate actionable insights
  • Manage the A&P budget effectively, tracking expenditures and ROI on all marketing investments
  • Act as the primary liaison with external agencies (creative, media, digital, P.R.) to ensure high-quality execution of campaigns
  • Oversee in-store marketing tools, promotions, and channel-specific activations in partnership with the sales team
  • Prepare post-mortem reports and performance reviews for senior leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in FMCG marketing, ideally within the food or beverage categories
  • Proven track record in executing successful 360° campaigns and product launches
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into brand strategies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and agency management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong project management abilities
  • Passionate about consumer behavior and food trends with a proactive mindset
