As a Senior Brand Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing brand strategies, managing product portfolios, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure our brands remain competitive, relevant, and loved by consumers.
Key Descriptions
Brand Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Develop and execute annual and amistad brand plans aligned with overall business and category growth objectives.
- Supporting brand strategy and executing effective brand marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and equity.
- Manage brand architecture, SKU portfolio, and lifecycle (launch, growth, renovation, rationalization).
- Define brand positioning, target segments, pricing ladders, and communication strategy.
Integrated Marketing & Communication
- Manage product launches, integrated marketing campaigns and all elements of consumer communication relating to brand responsibilities effectively i.e. branding, packaging design, advertising development & production, media effectiveness, וגם in‑store activations, consumer promotion, sampling, POS design and production).
- Liaise and work closely with relevant internal stakeholders, media, PR, agencies to design and successfully execute product launches and marketing campaigns on time.
- Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness, conducting post‑campaign analysis and ROI assessments for evaluation and key learnings.
Trade Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Work closely with sales and trade marketing to ensure in‑store alignment with brand strategy.
- Provide brand guidance for effective execution at outlets and retail channel.
Consumer & Market Insights
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.
- Translate insights into actionable brand and communication strategiesยา.
Budget Management
- Plan and manage brand marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Ensure efficient budget utilization, cost control, and comply with approved financial plans.
- Support P&L management by tracking marketing spends, margins, campaigns and promotional effectiveness.
General
- Initiate and coordinate ad‑hoc assignments, where requires.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand or marketing roles.
- Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods preferred.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing concepts, retail dynamics, and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and projectAzur. management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Budget management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.
