Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Barista, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
