Job summary

A dynamic firm of Chartered Accountants in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a candidate with experience in finance, audit, and accounting. The chosen applicant will manage audits of small to medium-sized companies, coach team members, and review tax computations. A bachelor’s degree in finance or accountancy is required, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. Attractive remuneration will be provided, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of working experience in a related field required.
• Preferred: Senior Executive specialized in Finance – Audit/Accounting/Taxation or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage audit of small/medium sized companies of various industries.
• Coach teams, including planning and organisation of assignments.
• Review tax computation, report and correspondence prepared by Junior.
• Work with management team to recommend and implement process improvements.
• Keep abreast of current developments in accounting, auditing, tax and internal control.
• Back up on compliance audit and answering inquiries.
• Able to work under pressure to complete assignment & task.
