A leading furniture manufacturing company in Selangor is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Executive to manage full accounts and financial reporting. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our growing finance team at Marimega Sdn Bhd. This full‑time role is based in our Puncak Alam, Selangor office and will play a vital part in the management and reporting of the company's financial records.
Manage full set of accounts, including monthly reconciliation with Operations Administrations Executive on claims, receivables and final accounts with customers.
Coordinate with Purchasing Department and Operations Department to verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors as well as responding to vendor requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with vendors as soon as possible.
Perform assets, inventory and financial reconciliation with Operations Department and generate monthly financial and analytical report for Management.
Responsible to multiple company.
Responsible to SST payment.
Responsible to e‑Invoicing.
Liaise with Secretary, Auditors, Tax Consultant, Bankers, and government.
Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as and when assigned.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior accounts executive role.
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in the use of AutoCount accounting software 2.2 and spreadsheet applications.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention to detail skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Professional accounting certification would be an advantage.
Experience in construction industry will be advantage.
