Job Description

This ideal candidate will be in charge of month-end and preparation of quarterly sales reports for management to analyze and plan for future budgeting. He/she would be responsible for fixed assets accounting. This is a senior executive role.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of company's permanent, intercompany elimination entries, and other consolidation adjustments
• Work with external accountant on a monthly basis to close ledger reports, annual financial reporting, audited financial reports, and annual audit
• Maintain fixed asset master data, recording of fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions, depreciation posting, revaluation, in the accounting system
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, reconciling the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger
• Recommend to management whether fixed assets should be disposed of
• Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management
• Responsible for accounts payable and credit controls
• Communicate strategy to relevant team members: Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Senior Management Team
• Assist Finance team to cross-check employees' monthly claims according to Employee Handbook guidelines and/or superiors' prior approval
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management team from time to time related to Accounts & Financial roles
