A recruitment agency in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is seeking a finance professional with strong analytical skills and significant experience in the FMCG industry. You will prepare financial reports for both local management and the Japan headquarters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while working closely with various departments to meet company objectives. Candidates must have a degree in Finance or Accounting and relevant professional certifications. This role supports a dynamic finance environment.
Support the preparation of Financial Reports for prompt submission to Headquarter, Japan and Local management
Prepare Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet and Consolidation Package on Quarterly basis
Managing and analyzing budget (plan) and performance.
Communication with headquarter in Japan.
Manage and key liaison person for Statutory Audits, Tax, Transfer Pricing Documentation and Company Secretary matters (ensure compliance with regulations and standards)
Ensure compliance with Group Policies and Governance
Ensure strong control environment within companies
Collaborate with Senior Management to set financial goals and budgets
Working closely with All Department heads to ensure Company objectives achieved
