Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of Financial Reports for submission to Headquarter.
  • Prepare Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet and Consolidation Package quarterly.
  • Manage and analyze budget and performance.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting or related Professional Certification such as ACCA , CIMA or CPA
  • Minimum 10 – 15 years of related working experience preferably in FMCG industry with 5 – 7 years in General Accounting / Controlling experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with various Team and Inter-department members of various management levels
  • Commercially oriented and highly analytical with the appreciation of the key drivers in the FMCG industry
  • Knowledge of SAP BI and Business Intelligence systems
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to systems
Responsibilities

Support the preparation of Financial Reports for prompt submission to Headquarter, Japan and Local management

Prepare Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet and Consolidation Package on Quarterly basis

Managing and analyzing budget (plan) and performance.

Communication with headquarter in Japan.

Manage and key liaison person for Statutory Audits, Tax, Transfer Pricing Documentation and Company Secretary matters (ensure compliance with regulations and standards)

Ensure compliance with Group Policies and Governance

Ensure strong control environment within companies

Collaborate with Senior Management to set financial goals and budgets

Working closely with All Department heads to ensure Company objectives achieved
