We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive new business, manage key accounts, and ensure long-term customer success for cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure space.
  • Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with internal technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry and refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts to management.
Requirements

Must-have:

  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record selling into the Financial Services Industry (FSI) and/or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with cybersecurity solutions and cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong mindset with high levels of ownership, consistency, and resilience.

Nice-to-have:

  • Relevant certifications in cybersecurity and/or cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, security certifications).
