Job summary

Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to manage the full finance operations for F&B outlets. This role ensures accurate accounting, timely reporting, cost control, and compliance, while supporting smooth day-to-day operations. You will oversee outlet cash flow, supplier payments, payroll support, inventory, tax compliance, and audit preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Accounting & Reporting: Maintain full accounts for all outlets, prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and management dashboards, and ensure timely month-end closing and reporting.
  • Outlet Finance Oversight: Monitor outlet cash, POS sales, petty cash, and expense claims; audit outlet expenses; ensure SOP compliance; and manage franchise costs and royalty collection.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle supplier payments, utilities, rentals, contractor invoices, and AR collections, while managing AP aging and payment schedules.
  • Payroll & HR Finance Support: Coordinate payroll cycles with HR and verify staff claims.
  • Inventory & Cost Management: Support monthly stock counts, track inventory movement and wastage, and assist with cost control, GP margin monitoring, and COGS analysis.
  • Tax, Audit & Compliance: Manage SST submissions, assist with audits and taxation matters, and maintain proper finance documentation and internal controls.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience (F&B or retail experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of full set of accounts and SST compliance
  • Proficient with accounting systems (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Xero)
  • Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
  • Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and takes ownership of work
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast‑growing environment
  • High integrity and confidentiality when handling company finances
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
