Job Description
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
