Job Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and property by actively patrolling and monitoring the premises.

Secure all access points by inspecting buildings, equipment, and surveillance systems, and by controlling the entry and exit of personnel and visitors.

Prevent losses and damages by identifying and reporting irregularities, enforcing policies and procedures, and managing trespassers appropriately.

Coordinate with security guards to provide clear instructions to drivers and ensure smooth traffic control within the premises.

Coordinate all incidents occurring on the property and ensure timely submission of detailed incident reports.

Coordinate all Lost & Found items in collaboration with the Customer Service Department, ensuring proper documentation and handling.

Prepare detailed reports by documenting observations, incidents, surveillance activities, and by interviewing witnesses when required.

Maintain building and equipment functionality by monitoring conditions and adjusting controls as necessary.

Respond promptly to distress calls, panic alarms, emergencies, and incidents involving disruptive behaviour, ensuring swift and appropriate action.

Act as the first responder during emergencies, including visitor injuries, accidents, fainting cases, and other urgent situations.

Assist and coordinate emergency response procedures in the event of a fire, ensuring proper communication and safety measures.

Uphold the company’s reputation by demonstrating professionalism and adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.

Ensure proper operation of security equipment through preventive maintenance, compliance with SOPs, and timely reporting of malfunctions for repair.

Oversee subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with safety requirements, and verify that all work is carried out under approved Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures.

Monitor, verify, and document all Permit-to-Work submissions before subcontractors commence their work.

Issue access cards to subcontractors upon completion of all required documentation and compliance with house rules.

Greet visitors and provide necessary information in a polite, professional, and customer-oriented manner.

Assist tenants during theft incidents and promptly report such cases to the relevant authorities.

Contribute to overall team performance by supporting colleagues and fulfilling related tasks as needed.

Monitor outsourced security guards to ensure compliance with contract requirements and performance standards.

Willing and able to work on rotational shifts.
