Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn. Bhd. is wholly foreign‑owned by Alton Industry Ltd. Group, a US‑based global supplier of household products and industrial tools, with a total land area of 45.25 acres. The Malaysia base is a comprehensive complex of six full‑featured factories that integrate motor assembly, sheet metal processing, injection moulding, general assembly lines and automated intelligent warehousing. In addition to the core production and storage areas, the site includes a five‑story modern office building, two three‑story canteens, activity centres and four five‑story dormitory buildings.

Position Overview

Responsible for the overall operation and management of the company’s administrative and logistics support system. Through effective allocation and optimisation of resources (canteen, hostel, transportation and office facilities), ensure a safe, efficient and supportive working environment to support production operations, enhance employee satisfaction and strengthen the company’s corporate image.

What You’ll Be Doing
Staff Welfare Management (Canteen & Hostel)
  • Canteen Management: Oversee food safety, hygiene standards and service quality; control food procurement costs and review menus; conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and continually improve meal quality.
  • Hostel Management: Manage employee accommodation arrangements for onboarding and off‑boarding; supervise maintenance of hostel facilities, utilities safety and cleanliness; establish and improve hostel management policies to ensure a comfortable living environment.
Vehicle & Transportation Management
  • Vehicle Dispatching: Coordinate and schedule company vehicle usage, optimise routes and ensure transportation needs for production and business activities are met.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Manage vehicle licensing, inspections, insurance, maintenance and traffic‑violation handling; supervise driver safety, fuel consumption and maintenance costs.
Customer Reception & External Liaison
  • Visitor Reception: Handle reception arrangements for key customers, suppliers and government officials, including itinerary planning, accommodation, meals and on‑site coordination.
  • Licences & Government Matters: Assist with business licence renewals, changes and applications for government incentives or subsidies.
Factory Environment, Safety & Hygiene
  • Environment Management: Oversee cleanliness of factory premises, offices and landscaping areas; promote and implement 5S site‑management standards.
  • Safety Management: Supervise security patrols; ensure regular inspection of CCTV systems and fire‑fighting facilities; identify and mitigate safety risks; respond to administrative emergencies.
Procurement & Asset Management
  • Administrative Procurement: Source suppliers, negotiate pricing and manage procurement of office supplies, PPE and gifts; establish proper approval and issuance procedures.
  • Asset Management: Maintain administrative fixed‑asset registers (e.g. office furniture, air‑conditioners, water dispensers); conduct routine inspections, repairs and asset disposal.
Administrative Budget & Team Management
  • Cost Control: Prepare and manage the annual administrative budget, monitoring and controlling administrative expenses.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, guide, evaluate and train the administrative and support teams, including cleaners, security personnel, canteen staff, drivers and administrative officers.
Your Background & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative management experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong organisational, coordination and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to handle complex on‑site issues effectively.
  • Familiar with vehicle inspection procedures, fire safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail‑oriented, principled and professional, with excellent communication skills and business reception etiquette.
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English for daily communication and team management.
