This role involves managing export sales-related applications, liaising with the internal sales team for domestic deliveries, and maintaining accurate master data. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage export sales-related applications and submissions in compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with internal Sales Team for any domestic delivery arrangement.
• Keep track of outbound order fulfillment and master data maintenance.

Supply Chain - Coordinator

Export Sales Responsibilities

1. Managed all export sales-related applications and submissions to relevant authorities in compliance with regulations.
2. Involve in maintain proper structure of shipment process, as SOP and continuous improvement.
3. Liaise with customers, forwarders, and shipping liners on shipment status, cargo clearance, permits, container booking, Bill of Lading etc.
4. Optimize shipment tracker, for data analysis purpose.
5. Broad knowledge & experience in Incoterm, Authority (DVS) and have handled multiple countries rules & regulation.
6. Managed export sales-related applications and submissions to relevant authorities in compliance with regulations.

Supply Chain Coordinator Responsibilities

1. Liaise with internal Sales Team for any domestic delivery arrangement.
2. Keep track of outbound, order fulfillment.
3. Master data maintenance (price, SKU, stock on hand).

Coordinated product sample requests and deliveries for internal and client use.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

1. Possess a minimum diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field
2. Have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in shipping (food industries highly welcome).
3. Core in shipping knowledge, with detail in custom regulation and documentation handling.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
