SCM Executive (Inventory Management) / Material Project Management Executive

Check invalid orders, returned orders and missing orders

Coordinate and provide long lead time material availability list

Ensure the accuracy of demand data in SAP

Summarize defective materials report for return and follow up

Summarize inventory material availability status

Monitor forecast movement and provide feedback to purchaser.

Coordinate long lead time material availability status and provide early warning

Act as an intermediaries among BIZ, MP and buyers

Monitor and manage material set

Management flow control and coordinate management report

Monitor inventory data and provide early warning

Dealing with defect and dead stocks

Job Requirements

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Experienced in related working field is an added advantage

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent

Candidate must be able to cope with pressure and minimum supervision

Candidate who able to speak and write Mandarin is an added advantage

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially in MS Excel
