What you'll be doing

Data-Driven Insights: Analyze relevant operational and financial data to provide clear, concise business insights that enable senior management to make informed decisions.

BI & Reporting Strategy: Deep dive into data and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting requirements. You will independently design comprehensive solution documents that outline how data should be captured and visualized.

Technical Translation: Collaborate closely with the IT and Data Modeling teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will ensure the IT team understands the "business logic" behind the data models.

Project Execution: Participate in end-to-end project planning. Maintain close collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of analytics and system enhancements.

Quality Assurance (UAT): Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validation to ensure deliverables meet both the functional business requirements and the technical specifications.

What we're looking for

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Expertise: 5 years and above of experience in ERP systems, with a heavy focus on SAP FICO.

Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to provide professional support in Data & BI reporting.

Functional Breadth: SAP FICO (General Ledger, Controlling, Profitability Analysis).

Preferred: Knowledge of SAP MM and SD to better understand the Sales and Delivery business cycles.

Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
