A leading service provider is looking for a Sales Executive in Kuantan, Malaysia, to lead client engagement and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have proven experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships. Responsibilities include managing documentation for orders and ensuring timely delivery of services. A diploma or degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
Lead the preparation and follow-up of Quotations, Delivery Notes (DN), and Purchase Orders (PO)
Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and propose solutions.
Oversee the coordination with Operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services (portable toilet rental, desludging, cabin and etc.).
Address client inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
Verify and submit relevant documentation to Account Department for invoicing and payment claims.
Maintain compliance with documentation standards for audit and client purposes.
Serve as the main focal person between clients and internal teams for all sales and service‑related matters.
Confirm service schedules, delivery requirements, and documentation timelines with clients.
Resolve discrepancies related to orders, service delivery, or documentation by working closely with internal departments.
Engage with project site teams to collect daily progress updates and ensure smooth execution of services.
Oversee the monitoring and compilation of daily attendance records for submission to clients.
Ensure proper filing system for all sales documentation in both digital and physical formats.
Support the submission of work permits, Risk Assessments, and any other relevant documents required for service execution.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell services based on client requirements and project scopes.
Assist management in business development and sales acquisition strategies.
Perform any additional tasks or assignments as directed by Management.

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Target‑driven and self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
