A leading tech firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. The successful candidate will gather and document requirements, configure Salesforce Service Cloud, and conduct system testing and user training. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills are essential. Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements to design scalable Salesforce workflows and processes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance Salesforce Service Cloud functionality and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Configure Salesforce features such as Workflows, Flow Builder, Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes to improve efficiency.
Support solution design through documentation (business requirements, functional specs, and user stories) and provide input on system architecture.
Conduct system testing, UAT coordination, and end-user training to ensure smooth solution delivery and adoption.
Continuously review and optimize Salesforce processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and business growth needs.
Collaborate with developers on Apex, triggers, and API integrations to support complex business requirements.
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
3 years’& above experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role, Salesforce certifications preferred (BA, Admin, or Service Cloud).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, including configuration of objects, fields, page layouts, roles, profiles, and security settings.
Hands‑on experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution documentation.
Familiar with Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration patterns to support cross‑platform connectivity.
Understanding of relational databases (SQL/MySQL) for reporting and data validation purposes.
Excellent communication skills in both business and technical contexts, with the ability to produce clear documentation in English.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
