A food supply firm is seeking a Sales Support professional in Malaysia to coordinate order processing and manage customer inquiries for HORECA and Private Label products. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and excellent coordination skills. Responsibilities include monitoring orders, communicating with customers, and liaising with internal departments for smooth order execution. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to start work immediately are preferred. Own transport is required.
This Sales Support role supports our HORECA and Private Label (OEM / ODM) business through coordination of business orders, customer enquiries, internal inter‑department follow‑ups, and demand forecasts. The role focuses on order processing, monitoring ongoing orders, and forward planning, especially during peak and festive seasons. It goes beyond administrative work by developing a good understanding of customers’ products, ingredient usage, and business requirements. This position works closely with customers and internal teams including Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
