A company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Support cum Marketing professional to provide vital assistance to the sales team and coordinate marketing efforts. Responsibilities include troubleshooting sales issues, liaising with key account managers, and hosting live sessions on eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales support and marketing, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with SQL and Microsoft Office tools. A bachelor’s degree in marketing is a plus.
Provide troubleshooting assistance and support in matters related to sales, account statuses, and other relevant issues.
Provide data and guidelines to assist the sales team.
Liaise with key account managers to develop specific sales and marketing strategies.
Coordinate and monitor the marketing plan for the sales team.
Stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure the sales team is informed and prepared.
Manage and track sales and marketing tools such as online catalogues, fixtures, and layouts, and report on key information.
Maintain records of sales documentation, including trends, analyses, agreements, and contracts.
Review pending orders and provide feedback to buyers to ensure excellent customer service and a positive customer experience.
Suggest improvements to sales processes.
Organize and coordinate events.
Handle walk-in and corporate customer enquiries related to OEM products, orders, and support.
Host live sessions on eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee Live, TikTok Shop) to promote products, interact with viewers, and drive online sales.
Plan and execute live content strategies, including product showcases, promotional campaigns, and real‑time engagement activities.
Proven experience in sales support, marketing, or live hosting on eCommerce platforms.
Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
Hands‑on experience with SQL.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Team player with initiative and able to travel for assignments when required.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or an associate’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
