Job summary

A fintech company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Sales Executive to recruit and train new merchants. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, re-activating inactive merchants, analyzing sales performance based on KPIs, and participating in promotional events. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably with knowledge in merchant onboarding and fintech products. A driving license and the ability to work independently are essential. The role offers a basic salary along with commission entitlement.

Re-visit and re-activate inactive merchants.

Conduct site-visits for product feedback and suggestions.

Meeting up with Merchants to address concerns and provides solutions.

Participate in industry or promotional events.

Analyze sales performance according to KPIs and provide recommendations to improve sales achievements.

Job Requirements

At least one (1) year of working in sales.

Prior experience in merchant on-boarding, fintech products will be an added advantage.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to execute and drive results on tasks assigned within stipulated timeline.

Pro-active, passionate and team player attitude to undertake new challenges.

Basic written & communication skills with ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.

Possessed with valid driving license (B2 or D) & own transport to travel.

Smart device with minimum OS version of Android 7.0/IOS 15.5.

Basic salary with commission entitlement.
